Coaching

You know how perfectionism can eat away at you, causing you to stress over details and distance yourself from friends, family, and God? It can be hard to know what to do or how to help.

Well, I help tween and teen perfectionists stop overwhelming thoughts, experience lasting confidence and contentment, and finally live the fulfilling and productive lives Christ created them for without the paralyzing burden of being perfect

What is Coaching?

Clients receive personalized strategies to overcome issues like procrastination, fear of failure, self-doubt, unmet expectations, self-inflicted criticism, performance anxiety, distance from God, being judgmental of others, fear of others’ opinions, and so much more.

In coaching, clients share how perfectionism negatively affects them, and I develop strategies to help fight perfectionism. I am here as a guide, accountability partner, and cheerleader.

  • Your coaching will come from a Christian perspective, so you’ll see ways to grow a closer relationship with Christ.
  • Weekly journaling assignments encourage self-reflection and help reveal roadblocks keeping you from a fulfilling, productive life.
  • I’m a young adult who understands how perfectionism eats away at peace and confidence, so I equip you with practical strategies that are effective but aren’t overwhelming.
  • It’s not just about accomplishing goals. Clients learn how to live in freedom without perfectionism.
  • I understand the connection between mind, body, and soul. They all affect each other, so my strategies will strengthen not only your mental balance but also your spiritual life and physical well-being.

I have overcome perfectionism, and I want to help you overcome it, too!

Testimonials

“I’ve loved reading and watching Alycia’s content. As a recovering perfectionist, it definitely resonates with all the lessons God has taught me via all those struggles. I can only hope to pass along some of these lessons to my children, so very thankful there are resources like this to point them towards as well.
